Our story
“D&P Consulting” Ltd. is a consulting firm established in 2009, with head office in the city of Sofia, Bulgaria. The company is found by Atanas Dimovski. Mr.Dimovski is a lawyer, member of the Sofia BAR Association with a practice in the field of banking, finance, corporate and commercial.

Bulgaria became a member of the EU in 2007. This also led to a gradual process of harmonizing domestic legislation with that of other EU countries.
The improved regulatory framework in the fields such as AML, data protection, financial services introduced by the Union over the last ten years has brought new challenges to the business. The amended legislation led to a shift in the focus of our activity. In recent years, large part of our business was focused also in on compliance regulatory issues, mainly in the financial sector.

Since its accession to the EU, Bulgaria became one of the most popular destinations for BPO. Between 2008-2015, the entire sector grew 25% each year. The sourcing industry in Bulgaria employ 80 000 people in 2022.
